Letter of Recommendation: A formal endorsement from your current ministry leader or a recognized clergy mentor.
Interview/Discovery Workshop: Attend a mandatory discovery workshop and undergo an oral examination with the Candidate Care Committee.
Completion of Ordination Exams: Pass a series of written and practical exams focusing on doctrinal statements and exegesis.
Final Approval: Approval by the Board of Ordained Ministry followed by a solemn ordination service.
Online Application Form: Use our secure SMA portal to upload documents and track your application in real-time.
Mentorship Programs: Our six-month residency program pairs candidates with seasoned bishops for hands-on training in liturgy, pastoral care, and church administration.
